About the role

We are seeking a licensed real estate agent interested in transitioning into Inside Sales Agent to grow towards listing agent status while earning competitive commissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming interest and build relationships with clients
• Handle early stages of the real estate process through consistent communication and follow-up
• Stay organized with a pipeline and improve conversations with buyers and sellers
• Create opportunities through daily outreach and relationship building
• Gain exposure to how listing opportunities are created, how productive agents position themselves in the market, and how consistency in communication leads to long-term business growth
• Collaborate with experienced real estate agents to build habits and confidence for transitioning toward listings
