Responsibilities
- Follow up on warm leads and open proposals to drive sales to close
- Handle inbound + outbound calls, texts, and emails
- Build instant rapport and deliver a luxury-level customer experience
- Identify customer needs and confidently recommend solutions
- Overcome objections, create urgency, and close deals
- Manage your pipeline like a business and consistently move opportunities forward
- Collaborate with Design Consultants to maximize revenue opportunities
Requirements
- Proven ability to close sales and navigate objections with confidence
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Competitive, goal-driven, and motivated by performance
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
- Positive energy, resilience, and strong customer presence

- Experience with Salesforce or CRM pipeline management
