Essential Functions

  • Professional communication
  • Develop quotes from service inspections performed by technicians by reviewing inspection reports
  • Track quotes through the process from creation to scheduling and update quote status
  • Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure parts are ordered after customer approval of the quote
  • Maintain communication with the customer after sending the quote to ensure the customer understands the scope of work
  • Work with CSR’s for scheduling
  • Work with PSR for quoting
  • Promote dealer services as needed

The ideal candidate will support Curtis Power Solutions customers with parts and service solutions through PM contract services to enhance customer uptime and satisfaction.
