Inside Phone Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative position based in Waco, TX, focused on booking service and sales appointments for HVAC and plumbing services. This is a phone-based role with a strong base pay plus performance-based commissions.

Pay

• Hourly base pay: $19 - $24/hr (depending on experience)
• Monthly spiffs and performance commissions (top performers earn $50,000 - $75,000+ per year)
• Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No nights or weekends)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls (6-8 calls per hour)
• Book service, maintenance, replacement, and plumbing appointments
• Follow proven scripts and frameworks to qualify leads and overcome objections
• Deliver a professional, friendly customer experience
• Accurately document activity in ServiceTitan
• Meet monthly booking and revenue targets

Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer service, call center, or inside sales experience (preferred)
• HVAC or home services experience is a plus
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
