Inside Parts Sales Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries timely via telephone and/or email and log interactions in Salesforce case management system.
• Inquires may include but are not limited to: parts lookup, pricing and availability, quoting, ordering, shipment tracking, etc.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer and/or dealer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to team goals and objectives by meeting individualized performance metrics and targets.
• Show strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

• Good communication in English & Spanish, verbal & written
• Basic computer experience
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated individual able to work well independently and in a team environment
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule between 8 am - 5 pm and possibly overtime on weekdays and/or weekends

Work Environment/Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and use hands to finger, handle, or touch;
• Frequently required to push and pull.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 15 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, peripheral, and the ability to focus.
