This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the variety of building relationships with walk-in and phone customers in the center and getting out into the local market to meet with clients face-to-face, prospect for new business, and close deals on-site. You'll wear both hats starting your day helping customers in the center and heading out to job sites, offices, and networking events to grow our customer base. What You'll Do Serve as a first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers, determining sign and graphics needs and providing recommendations and quotesPrepare estimates, process work orders, and coordinate with production to ensure timely deliveryProactively prospect for new business through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and local market outreachTravel to job sites, businesses, and prospect locations for site surveys and in-person sales meetings (no overnight travel required)Build and maintain long-term relationships with current customers to drive repeat and referral businessConduct consultative sales conversations to recommend the right signage and graphics solutionsCreate special orders, negotiate pricing, and close sales promptlyMaintain accurate records in our CRM/point-of-sale system, including contacts, quotes, and follow-upsParticipate in daily team huddles and contribute to center-wide sales goalsHelp maintain an attractive, organized retail/showroom environment Ideal Background 1 to 3+ years of sales experience inside sales, outside/B2B sales, or retail/customer-facing salesPrior experience working in signs or related industry is highly profferedComfortable both on the phone/in-person at the counter and out prospecting in the fieldStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule between center and field responsibilitiesValid driver's license and reliable transportationComputer literate (Microsoft Office, email, CRM/POS systems)High school diploma or GED required; college preferred Benefits/Perks Competitive base pay plus commission/performance bonusesPaid vacation and holidaysOngoing training and professional developmentGreat team culture with real growth potential in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry Why FASTSIGNS of East Norriton Township Every day is different.
