Inside/Outside Sales Person

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to our salesperson by attending in-house daily meetings.
• Answer incoming emails and phone calls with succinct, crisp communication and a professional phone manner.
• Address questions about in-house orders and assist with order management.
• Update CRM records and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date notes and tasks.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
• Minimum high school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills, exceptional verbal and written communication, and the ability to work under production deadlines.
• Strong research skills—ability to quickly and accurately determine key information about people and companies.
• Excellent time-management and ability to manage deadlines.
• Smart, self-reliant, and able to read, understand, and respond to emails independently.
• Ability to work independently, find solutions, and handle clients professionally.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
• Self-starter, highly organized, and internet/social media savvy.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and note-taking skills (fast, comprehensive, and accurate).
• Ability to work without direct supervision; flexibility and creativity.
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
