The Inside Media Sales Executive is a driven sales professional who generates new business, builds lasting client relationships, and closes transit advertising campaigns across Adsposure's growing media portfolio.

Together, our companies help brands take their messages to the streets through transit advertising, fleet graphics, and professional installation services. Requirements
- A strong willingness to learn, accept coaching, and improve consistently through feedback and effort
- 0–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales, media sales, advertising, business development, or a related field
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
- A bachelor's/associate degree in business or related field and/or customer-facing work (internship, job, athletics, etc.)
- Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable with a strong sense of urgency and a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities, while executing excellent time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment with clear revenue expectations
- Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office/Teams and able to quickly learn CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, AI)

What You’ll Do
- Drive Advertising Sales Across Our Markets
- Possess a strong willingness to learn, accept coaching, and improve consistently through feedback and effort
- Build, manage, and advance a pipeline of advertising opportunities across assigned markets and multi-market campaigns
- Pitch, develop, and close transit advertising campaigns by aligning client goals with Adsposure's media solutions
- Grow into larger, more strategic sales opportunities while contributing to market expansion and overall sales success
- Sales Execution & Collaboration
- Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate opportunities, and guide prospects through the sales cycle to close
- Collaborate with account executives and internal teams to support shared opportunities and ensure a seamless transition from sale through campaign execution
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, and pipeline management to support forecasting and customer engagement
