Inside Business Development Manager
About the role
The Inside Business Development Manager at Frontline Insurance plays a pivotal role in achieving the company's mission to Make Things Better. The position involves serving as the lead point of contact for agency staff, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting agency relationships, and collaborating with the outside dedicated Business Development team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for agency staff
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting agency relationships
- Train and develop outside agencies on our products, underwriting processes and system
- Create strategic annual growth plan for Business Development department and team
- Collaborate with the outside dedicated Business Development team
- Work with underwriting and claims staff when needed to assist in conflict resolution
- Partner with agencies on underwriting, claims, system
- Report and document all calls in Salesforce
- Foster relationships with our outside agencies
- Perform other tasks that are assigned by management
- Engage in sales projects, prepare reports, conduct sales meetings, etc.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates with a High School diploma or general education degree (GED), or an Associate degree, and at least 1 year of experience and/or training in P&C Insurance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
