Job Description Commercial P&C Insurance - Wholesale Inside Broker Job Summary Seeking highly motivated and experienced Commercial P&C Insurance - Wholesale Inside Brokers to join a growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and expanding a commercial insurance book of business. You will work closely with key agency and carrier relationships, support renewals, and drive new business growth. This is a full-time, remote position with opportunities for significant earning potential and career advancement. Compensation Package Base Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year (commensurate with experience)Commission Structure:7.5% commission on new and renewal business up to $1 million ($75,000 in commission)10% commission on business exceeding $1 million ($100,000 in commission for the next $1 million)Total potential commission for $2 million in business: $175,000Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time OffFlexible Schedule Responsibilities Drive new business growth and achieve high renewal retention rates.Solicit and establish new agency relationships.Assist in managing key agency and carrier relationships.Set up new and renewal submissions.Ensure compliance with new and renewal policy files.Review and process endorsements. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).3-5+ years of commercial insurance experience (required).Active FL 2-20 License.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).Strong competitive drive and a results-oriented mindset.Proven ability to manage both new business and renewals effectively.Existing underwriting and agency relationships are a significant advantage.
