About the role

The Inside Auto Senior Consultant II plays a pivotal role in enhancing claim handling quality and consistency across the department. This role involves managing and resolving complex claims, serving as a trainer to adjusters handling low-complexity, high-volume claims, and participating in departmental initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manages and resolves complex claims by determining minimum coverage limits and claim value, including cases involving single or multiple claimants, while clearly explaining coverage decisions.
• Serves as a trainer to adjusters handling low-complexity, high-volume claims, providing guidance on claim handling, customer interactions, and technical standards.
• Conducts training sessions to observe workflows and deliver actionable feedback. Delivers supplemental training sessions on key topics such as coverage analysis, negotiation techniques, and customer communication.
• Reviews claim files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Provides recommendations on liability assessment, documentation, and resolution strategies.
• Leverages continuous improvement tools to identify and implement process enhancements.
• Participates in departmental initiatives and projects aimed at improving operational effectiveness.
• Fosters a culture of continuous learning and excellence by collaborating on file quality outcomes and contributing to strategies that enhance performance, training materials, and coaching tools.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience with Liability and/or Casualty claim handling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay

$68,500.00 - $115,600.00 annually

Schedule

• During Training: IN OFFICE Monday through Friday, 8am-4:45pm
• After Training: HYBRID (IN OFFICE & REMOTE) Hours: Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturday Work

Notice of Licensing Requirement

As a condition of employment, you may be expected to obtain an adjuster’s license in multiple markets. All required licenses must be obtained within 60 days of hire. You must maintain all licensing required for your role.
