Inside Account Executive - RethinkEd

About the role

We're seeking an Inside Account Executive with a strong background in district partnerships to help grow our client base of small school districts across the US. This is a remote position requiring prior experience working with high-level school leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business for Rethink solutions in K-12 districts
• Manage the entire sales cycle in a multi-state territory

About You

• Highly organized self-starter with a natural hunter mentality
• Thrives in taking initiative and creative problem solving
• Adept at educating and engaging the customer in new and creative ways
• 4+ years teaching experience or at least 5 years in the education market, preferably in Special Education, SEL, and Mental Health
• Resilient nature allowing you to try new things, learn, and grow
• Team player who contributes ideas, adopts their own sales strategy, and owns the sales process from start to finish

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in the education field
• Existing K-12 network of senior-level district leaders in designated territory highly preferred
• Effective in a home office prospecting environment, meeting weekly & monthly metrics
• Ability to develop and maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline in Salesforce.com
• Ability to deliver and execute an effective territory plan
• Meet assigned sales quota
• Hunter mentality focused on large and mid-sized accounts
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and tech-savvy
• Exceptional communication & presentation skills
