Inside Account Executive (iAE)
Job Summary
This Inside Account Executive role is responsible for initiating outbound calls to introduce organization products and services, tailoring sales pitches to customer needs, and qualifying leads. The role collaborates with internal teams, follows up on inquiries, and maintains accurate records while striving to achieve performance targets and enhancing sales skills through training.
Responsibilities
- Initiates outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing organization products, services, and solutions.
- Develops a solid understanding of the organization's offerings, key features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
- Delivers sales pitches tailored to customer needs, focusing on the benefits and value of the products or services.
- Identifies and qualifies potential leads, gathering relevant information and documenting details in the CRM system.
- Participates in promotion campaigns, effectively conveying special offers, discounts, and promotions to potential customers.
- Collaborates with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Applies standard policies for following up on customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and addressing concerns.
- Strives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call quotas and lead generation goals.
- Contributes to pipeline management and maintains accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, conversations, and outcomes.
- Participates in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service techniques.
Requirements
Recommended High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field. Preferred Certifications: Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP)

Education & Experience

Benefits
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $24.39 to $34.78 hourly, a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. Pay varies by work location, job-related Benefits knowledge, skills, and experience. HP offers a comprehensive benefits package for this position, including:
