Insert Operator Mailroom II

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insert Operator to support our quality processes and help ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Quality control of printed files
• Check for errors on the output
• Once completed, release the output to the operation floor for further processing
• Enter information into a computer, print files, and process documents
• Simplify problem solving and troubleshooting for computers and printers

Requirements

• Able to sit/stand for long periods of time
• Familiar with Excel and computers
• Able to work quarterly overtime when required (January, April, July, and October)
• Must be able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
• Attention to detail
• Able to meet deadlines
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check
• High school diploma or GED required
• Dependable and able to work full-time onsite

Pay

The estimated salary range for this role is $20-$22 an hour, which may be below your state’s minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.
