Mail Insert Operator
About the Role
We’re looking for a Mail Insert Operator to join our Production team in Fort Worth, TX. You’ll learn how to operate high-speed mailing equipment, prepare customer mailings, and perform quality checks to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. No previous machine experience is required—we provide training for dependable individuals ready to learn and take pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate high-speed Bell and Howell and Pitney Bowes inserting equipment
- Prepare customer mail projects for insertion and fulfillment
- Follow job instructions to ensure correct materials, counts, and setup
- Perform quality checks throughout production
- Sort, tray, and prepare completed mail according to USPS requirements
- Monitor equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Assist with other production activities and cross-training as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 45 lbs

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm & 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Pay
$17.50 - $22.25 per hour + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities
