Inplant Supervisor - Liquid Water

Job Description

• Maintaining daily communication and direction to inplant employees
• Acting as INX 5S Leader
• Maintaining training program
• Attending customer technical meetings
• Scheduling vacations and coverage, including sick time
• Maintaining KPI's
• Helping oversee/direct color matching, inventory, ink manufacturing and housekeeping

Qualifications

• High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• 3 to 5 years in lab and ink manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
• Excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension and math skills
• Ability to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Inplant and pressroom experience (plus)
• Previous supervisory experience (plus)
• Color matching skills (plus)
• College degree (plus)
• Previous experience within the Ink Industry (plus)
