Inpatient Wound Ostomy Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an Inpatient Wound Ostomy clinician to deliver specialized wound, ostomy, and continence care for hospitalized patients. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive skin and ostomy assessments, developing evidence-based care plans, and selecting appropriate advanced dressings and ostomy products. The role involves collaborating with physicians, nurses, and therapists to promote healing and prevent complications. You will educate patients, families, and staff on wound and ostomy management, document care in the EMR, and support quality and safety initiatives. Additional duties include contributing to policy development, protocols, and staff training within a patient-centered health system.
