Inpatient Wound & Ostomy Care Nurse

About the role

Coordinate and provide enterostomal and wound care services at designated healthcare campuses.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound, ostomy, and continence care.
• Serve as a consultant and educate patients, families, and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Florida RN licensure.
• At least 3 years of experience in enterostomal therapy.
• Certifications: Wound/Ostomy Nurse (CWON or CWOCN) and BLS.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Willingness to obtain wound certification if not already certified.
