Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality in alignment with organizational standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited registered nursing programCurrent RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting all state requirementsBasic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, or specialized unit certifications as requiredPhysical ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds, and perform prolonged standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting Key Responsibilities Assess and care for patients according to standards and organizational valuesEvaluate care effectiveness and collaborate with other healthcare professionalsMaintain patient confidentiality and rightsAdhere to organizational policies and standards of care
