Inpatient Surgical RN (PRN)

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.Licensure: Current RN license.Experience: No prior experience required; preferred two years for advanced roles.Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities; alertness and safety awareness are essential.
