About the role
Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide personalized patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise care, lead patient assessments, and develop tailored care plans.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure coordinated care.
- Serve as a resource for staff, addressing complex patient needs.
- Celebrate patient milestones and progress.
Requirements
- Valid RN licensure per state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is a plus.
