Responsibilities
- Supervising patient care and treatments, leading assessments, and developing personalized care plans.
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Providing direct patient care and serving as a resource for staff on complex cases.
- Celebrating patient milestones and progress.
Requirements
- Valid RN license per state requirements.
- CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous.
