Inpatient Rehabilitation RN

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising care and treatments, performing patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans.
• Building strong relationships with patients and their families to support healing goals.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Providing direct patient care when necessary and supporting fellow staff with complex needs.
• Celebrating patient milestones and progress.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as per state requirements.
• CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications are preferred.
• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous.
