Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care for adults recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex conditions.Conduct patient assessments, develop and update individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers.Educate patients and families about care and recovery.Document patient information accurately in the EMR.Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences.Support a patient-centered, safety-focused, and respectful environment.
