Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assess patients with conditions such as stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic and neurological disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to support recovery and independence.
• Administer medications and monitor complex clinical statuses.
• Educate patients and their families about care and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers within an interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure safety, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation processes and patient education techniques.
