Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to inpatient rehabilitation patients
- Assess and evaluate patient care needs
- Carry out physician orders
- Administer medications
- Treat wounds
- Monitor vital signs
- Document patient conditions
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding and cooperation
- Coordinate care effectively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient support
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification required within six months of hire
