Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to adult rehab patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop or update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications accurately and safely.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists and physicians to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications and Skills
