Inpatient Rehab Specialist - PRN

About the Role

Deliver specialized rehabilitation services to patients in the Inpatient Rehab department.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement patient rehabilitation programs in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Provide direct patient care, therapy, and support to promote recovery and functional improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care strategies.

Requirements

• Qualified healthcare professional such as an RN or therapist with a minimum of a Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
