Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for adult patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury
• Administering medications and providing wound care
• Educating patients and families about care and recovery processes
• Coordinating discharge planning and collaborating with an interdisciplinary rehab team

Qualifications and Skills

• Current RN licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
