Inpatient Nurse Manager

Role: Assistant Nurse Manager for an inpatient nursing unit. Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations and support staffing and scheduling.Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care.Mentor and coach nursing staff, assist with onboarding and performance feedback.Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.Partner with the Nurse Manager on quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and process improvements.Contribute to enhancing patient outcomes and overall care experience.
