About The Role

The Inpatient Emergency Room Nursing Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the nursing staff and operations within the emergency department of a healthcare facility. The manager coordinates staffing, resource allocation, and workflow processes to optimize patient outcomes and departmental efficiency. Responsibilities
