About the role
This role is for an inpatient cardiologist responsible for providing comprehensive cardiac care in a leading academic hospital.
Responsibilities
- Performing and interpreting diagnostic tests such as EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests
- Developing treatment plans for diverse cardiovascular conditions
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Participating in research activities
- Mentoring medical students and residents
Qualifications
- Board Certified/Eligible in cardiovascular diseases and echocardiography
- Proficiency in TTE and TEE
- Preferred certifications in Nuclear Cardiology and cardiac CT
- Strong foundation in inpatient cardiology
- Commitment to advancing heart care through clinical trials and research
