Seeking a dedicated Inpatient Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care for adults with acute psychiatric needs.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and monitoring patient responses
• Utilizing de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviors
• Supporting therapeutic interventions to promote recovery
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and stabilization
• Maintaining accurate documentation and providing respectful, trauma-informed care

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a secure, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
