This role is ideal for a tech-savvy supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and is energized by improving systems that support critical public-sector operations. As an Innovative Applications Solutions Supervisor you will: Lead daily operations for the Application Team, including workload delegation, priority setting, and performance monitoring.Develop and mentor staff through coaching, training, cross-training, and professional growth opportunities.Oversee administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, approving timecards, conducting evaluations, and managing disciplinary actions.Drive application support and improvements by coordinating design, installation, connectivity, troubleshooting, and documentation for software applications and interfaces.Collaborate on strategic planning for future application needs, emerging technologies, and long-term IT initiatives.Ensure compliance with Clerk, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations through strong internal controls and documented procedures.Support project teams, provide regular updates and metrics, and assist with research, feasibility studies, and recommendations.Be available for off-hours work when needed and perform additional duties as assigned.Strong customer service orientation and results-driven mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Familiarity with ITIL principles, enterprise applications, virtualization, networking, and hardware platforms.Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Office.A collaborative spirit and the ability to foster innovation and positive change. Associate degree in Management or Information Technology or 2 years of experience in application development.At least 2 years of supervisory experience.ITIL or technical certifications preferred.Ability to complete a two-year training plan prior to promotion eligibility.
