About the role

Innovation Ventures is seeking an Operations Specialist to support our dynamic team. This role will focus on operational excellence, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across various projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress against project milestones and adjust plans as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed and aligned.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing communication tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Project.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
