About the role
Innovation Ventures is seeking an Operations Specialist to support our dynamic team. This role will focus on operational excellence, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across various projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor progress against project milestones and adjust plans as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed and aligned.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing communication tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Project.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

Pay
