About the role

The UWM’s exclusive Rotational Program offers comprehensive exposure across various departments within UWM. It is open to professionals with experience seeking new opportunities and early career professionals with strong leadership skills and an innovative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Rotation Assignments in 20+ key departments such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, and more.
• Project Management: Lead and actively contribute to departmental projects, ensuring they meet strategic goals.
• Performance Feedback: Engage in regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions to enhance program effectiveness and professional growth.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand different business units, processes, and strategies.
• Skill Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, presentations, and professional development opportunities to enhance technical and leadership abilities.
• Mentorship and Networking: Connect and build relationships with program mentors, senior leaders, and peers to gain insight and guidance.
• Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and present findings; create reports based on assigned projects, tasks, and recommendations to department heads and senior leaders.
• Supporting the Engagement team in various capacities for large company events like the UWM Rally, annual Kid’s Day, and more.
