Innovation Strategy Manager

We are seeking an Innovation Strategy Manager to lead the innovation agenda supporting a future‑ready, efficient, and donor‑focused plasma network. This role manages the Plasma Innovation Hub, defining strategic priorities, overseeing high‑impact projects, and driving cross‑functional experimentation to transform the donor and plasma value chain. Responsibilities include developing innovation roadmaps, managing project phases from discovery to testing, and establishing governance frameworks with measurable KPIs. The manager will lead market research, donor insights, and competitive analysis to inform innovation initiatives, ensuring a donor-centric approach through methodologies like Service Design and Journey Mapping. They will mentor the Innovation Manager, foster a culture of experimentation, and collaborate across functions and stakeholders. Key skills include strategic thinking, project management, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of customer-centric methodologies, with experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred. The role demands excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities to translate insights into actionable strategies that deliver business value and operational improvements.
