About the role

We’re looking to add a high-impact engineer to our team in Nashville. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for our fulfillment and distribution systems. You will own multiple projects simultaneously, from concept realization through design approval, and serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers. After design approval, you will hand off the project to our Ops Engineering team and support them to ensure successful installation, commissioning, and launch.

Your projects will include green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits, covering fulfillment centers, cross-dock facilities, specialty facilities (e.g., reverse logistics, hazmat), and ground and air transportation centers throughout North America and Europe. You will work on both template-based and designed-from-scratch projects in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment with a team of highly skilled engineers. Our team handles hundreds of projects each year, offering high-impact, high-visibility opportunities for growth.
