About the role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are seeking an experienced Inkjet Lead to join our 2nd Shift team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production and quality control of inkjet printing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Train and mentor new employees in inkjet technology and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inkjet manufacturing or related industry.
- Proficient in using CAD/CAM software and other relevant tools.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Skills
- Knowledge of inkjet printing technologies.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Schedule
2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 1st Shift: Saturday and Sunday.
