Injury Prevention Specialist - ATC or PTA
Part-time position (4 hours/week) on Mondays from 6am-10am, in-person.

At Accelerate Therapy and Performance (ATP), we provide our specialists with autonomy, consistency, and the chance to make real, personalized impacts on the lives of working individuals. This role delivers high-quality care and injury prevention services to our grocery store warehousing/distribution client.
Responsibilities
- Engage and educate industrial athletes in proactive injury prevention strategies
- Promote a culture of collaboration and wellness
- Deliver high-quality, individualized care using proven protocols
- Efficiently manage time and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
- Build rapport and foster trust among team members and clients
Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications and hold an active CPR/AED/First Aid certification:
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with an active state license and bachelor’s degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with associate’s degree
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Experience working with orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions
- Confident, professional, and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability
Pay
USD $32.00 - USD $35.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
Schedule
Part-time: 4 hours per week, Mondays 6am-10am (1st shift). No weekend work.
