About the role
This position is open to anyone with one of the following credentials: Certified Athletic Trainer, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, Physical Therapist, or Physical Therapist Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Provide athletic training services to employees to prevent and treat injuries.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement interventions to reduce workplace injuries.
- Develop and implement injury prevention programs tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assess employee health and wellness needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Document all assessments, treatments, and interventions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- License required: Certified Athletic Trainer, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, Physical Therapist, or Physical Therapist Assistant.

Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Pay
$60,000 - $72,000 annually.
