About the role

This position is open to anyone with one of the following credentials: Certified Athletic Trainer, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist, or Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Provide athletic training services to employees to prevent injuries and promote health and wellness.
  • Conduct assessments and develop injury prevention programs tailored to individual employees.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to implement and monitor safety protocols.
  • Assist in the development and execution of ergonomic interventions to reduce workplace injuries.
  • Participate in regular meetings with clients to discuss progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • License required: Certified Athletic Trainer, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist, or Physical Therapist Assistant.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
