About the role
This position is open to anyone with one of the following credentials: Certified Athletic Trainer, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist, or Physical Therapist Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Provide athletic training services to employees in a safe and effective manner.
- Conduct assessments and develop injury prevention programs tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to implement ergonomic solutions and safety protocols.
- Document all assessments and interventions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- License required: Certified Athletic Trainer, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist, or Physical Therapist Assistant.

Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
