Injury Attorney - Pre-Lit and Lit

About the role

We are a plaintiff-side personal injury firm located in Carrollton, Texas, primarily focusing on car accident injuries, as well as premises defects, slip and fall, and dog bite cases. We are seeking an empathetic and experienced injury attorney to oversee our expanding pre-lit and litigation caseload.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to manage their own docket of plaintiff-side injury cases, including mostly pre-litigation but also some litigation, with the support of a skilled team of Paralegals and Legal Assistants. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of and know how to move a case towards resolution swiftly for the client.

Pay

Compensation for this position includes a base salary plus quarterly bonuses, with a total potential compensation of $170,000+ depending on experience.
