Infusion Therapy Nurse

About the role

Coordinates the total Plan of Care for the patient in the Home Care setting assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating. Provides leadership for the Health Care team by working cooperatively with other team members in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the Home Care setting.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree required
• Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Nursing
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in NYS
• Valid NYS driver’s license

Qualifications

• 1‑5 years of relevant experience
• One (1) year medical/surgical experience as an RN
• One year infusion experience

Skills

• Verbal ability to communicate with patients and others
• Written communication abilities to prepare accurate, concise and meaningful reports
• Ability to delegate to LPN and home health aide
• Flexibility, organizational skills, and clear judgement

Pay

Salary range: $40.80 – $50.90 per hour (bi‑weekly pay frequency; wage determined based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement)

• Standard hours per week: 39.98
• Weekend/holiday requirement: No
• On‑call required: No
• Scheduled work hours: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday only
