Infusion Nurse

Job Summary

Pediatric Home Service is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our IV team in Roseville, MN. The position offers full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM hours with some scheduling flexibility, rotating on-call responsibilities, and occasional evening/weekend support.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and care of patients receiving home IV therapy.
• Train and educate patients, families, and caregivers on safe home IV therapy delivery.
• Assess patient/family needs and develop, implement, and maintain nursing care plans.
• Communicate patient information to other healthcare team members.
• Demonstrate competency in infusion therapy and related areas.
• Adhere to PHS policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards.
• Document pertinent information in the patient’s record.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric nursing experience.
• Infusion therapy experience.
• Venipuncture skills.
• Home care or home infusion experience.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
