Role Summary Coordinate infusion therapy services at a neurology practice by managing patient-facing logistics and clinical coordination. Ensure smooth operations for medication procurement, insurance authorization, referrals, and effective patient communication. Key Responsibilities Coordinate infusion therapy workflow, including scheduling and medication procurement.Obtain insurance authorizations and coordinate referrals as needed.Communicate clearly with patients regarding requirements, updates, and next steps.Support clinical operations by performing lab draws and IV starts.Provide triage support and complete accurate clinical documentation.Maintain precise patient records and track/monitor medical supplies. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational and coordination skills for infusion therapy operations.Ability to handle insurance authorization processes and referral coordination.Proficiency in patient communication and documentation.Clinical support capabilities, including lab draws and IV starts.Attention to detail to ensure accurate records and adequate supply management.
