The Henderson mine and mill are located an hour’s drive apart, with the Henderson mine situated near Denver and Empire, and the Henderson mill nearby.

Responsibilities

  • Set-up, deliver, and install personal computers, telephones, networking, and peripheral equipment using established procedures and processes.
  • Configure, install, troubleshoot, and monitor communications devices, including switches, hubs, wireless devices, MESH networking components, voice system, RF systems, and other networking infrastructure (both copper and fiber optic).
  • Aid in the management of site's servers and process control infrastructure, including site virtual/physical servers and storage devices.
  • Participate in project execution related to MIS and process infrastructure.
  • Actively participate in Safety and Environmental programs, ensure MIS policy compliance, and support site operational goals.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Four (4) years of experience in computer/electronic systems hardware/software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
  • One (1) Technical Certification in a discipline relevant to the role.
  • Six (6) years of experience in computer/electronic systems hardware/software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Physical/Virtual server management training, RF field experience, CompTIA (A+, Net+, Security+, etc.), Microsoft Server related certification, Fiber Optic Certified Technician, MESH network certification, BICSI (Cable Installer Certification), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).

Qualifications

  • Technical certifications in relevant fields.
  • Experience with computer/electronic systems hardware/software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
  • Knowledge of networking infrastructure, including switches, hubs, wireless devices, MESH networking components, voice system, RF systems, and both copper and fiber optic networks.
  • Ability to manage servers and process control infrastructure.
  • Experience with physical/virtual server management.
  • RF field experience.
  • CompTIA (A+, Net+, Security+, etc.) certifications.
  • Microsoft Server related certifications.
  • Fiber Optic Certified Technician certification.
  • MESH network certification.
  • BICSI (Cable Installer Certification) certification.
  • CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification.

Skills

Benefits

The estimated pay range for this role is currently $32.00 - $43.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits, or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.

Employees who are required to work on-site are eligible for a $1,450 monthly housing allowance, provided they meet program guidelines.

Pay

Schedule

This role is eligible for non-standard schedules, including shift work at a 24/7, 365-day operation.
