Infrastructure, Systems & Expansion Lead

Responsibilities

• Define the Unified GTM Blueprint for the company by consolidating disparate systems into a single enterprise platform
• Synthesize complex data models to ensure clean cross-sell pipeline tracking
• Determine integration cadence and operational roadmaps to balance revenue velocity with long-term stability
• Design integrated commercial workflows for critical lifecycles including quote-to-cash and contract consolidation
• Convene interdepartmental stakeholders for alignment on operational definitions and system governance
• Lead operational GTM readiness for market expansion
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process simplification

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Operations, Systems Strategy, RevOps, Enterprise Programs, or Transformation
• 5+ years of experience with cross-functional team collaboration on integrated systems and post-merger integrations
• Strong track record in strategic decision-making and architectural alignment among diverse stakeholders
• Expertise in architectural value stream mapping and system data flow design
• Familiarity with large-scale CRM/CPQ ecosystem migrations and enterprise-tier billing consolidations
