About the role
In this third-line role, you'll dive deep into technology and be responsible for managing, maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure. Think of servers, networks and Microsoft cloud environments such as Azure, Entra ID, Intune and AVD. You do not carry out standard changes, but are the specialist who prepares, assesses and implements complex changes.
Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents down to the root cause
- Work on structural improvements
- Secure documentation, scripts and technical standards
- Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to guarantee stability and continuity
Requirements
- Experienced IT professional with at least five years of experience in infrastructure or technical management
- College education (or equivalent)
- In-depth knowledge of modern Microsoft environments and automation
- Skilled in preparing and mastering technical changes
Qualifications
- Proactive, analytical attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Works effectively with various stakeholders
- Delivers results-oriented solutions
Skills
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
- Automation and change management
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, ITSM tools (such as Topdesk)
- Relevant certifications (e.g. MSCA/Azure)
